Nestled in the picturesque region of Mount Mee, Queensland, we are a young family dedicated to raising and supplying 100% grass-fed beef that embodies our commitment to ethical, regenerative, and local farming practices. Our journey is rooted in the belief that the food you eat should be as good for you as it is for the environment.

Yajambee Farms was born through a passion for cattle and farming, cooking and living, whilst maintaining a deep and conscious connection with our small slice of Australia. Yajambee Farms, where our family passion meets sustainable farming.

To meet us is to truly understand our thinking, our ethos. The way we live and work makes it clear that we are strong believers in sustainability, regeneration of land and minimizing waste.

We understand that our role as small scale farmers is a privilege that brings with it great responsibility. We get to nurture a little piece of this great place we all call Earth, the land on which we are raising our boys and as a family we are conscious of this every time we step outdoors. Our Yajambee Farms dream started when we envisioned a farm that not only provides high quality beef but also fosters a deeper connection between our customers, their food and the “Earth” that it comes from. Living and working on a grass-fed beef property, we’ve embraced the challenges and rewards of farming to bring you beef that is both delicious and embodies every aspect of our ethos. Our approach is simple: we care for our cattle and land in a way that ensures the health of both and in turn produces a product that passes on those health benefits to our customers.

One of the core beliefs at Yajambee Farms is the importance of environmental stewardship. We aim to demonstrate sustainable agriculture practices while maintaining natural ecosystems, biodiversity, water cycles and healthy soils and animals (not just healthy cattle but all animals on our farms – from the worms to the wallabies). By purchasing directly from a producer which upholds these values, you too are helping to protect, maintain and improve our environmental assets (the land we all live on). We are proud to serve families ONLY in South East Queensland, providing them with a local and ethical choice for their grass-fed beef. Our delivery map is designed to maintain this commitment to the environment, not only does it keep our product local but it reduces our customers “food miles” which in turn reduces pressure on the environment we all rely on for life.
