Some farms will charge you based on dressed weight (our price for this pack would be $17.50/kg Dressed Weight), but that would include moisture loss during ageing, bones, fat and some offal. This is always a “guess” and you could end up taking home as little as 65% of the weight you order! Learn why we price the way we do.
You will not have to provide a deposit for our offal products. These will be invoiced with your remaining total post deposit.

So, you’re looking for a taste of the finest local grass-fed beef? The 10kg Taster Pack is a great place to start and we invite you to experience the Yajambee difference!
Our beef is sold nose-to-tail, here is what you can expect in this pack:
- 2 Packs of steaks (rump, t-bone, eye fillet and rib eye on the bone to choose from)
- 1 or 2 larger cuts (topside roast, blade roast, rolled rib roast, brisket and a silverside to choose from)
- 4 or more choices of osso bucco/diced beef/beef strips/ribs/BBQ steak/ and y-bone.
- 1.5 – 2kgs mince
- 2 – 3 Packs of sausages (5 – 6 sausages per pack)
About My Order
Once you have placed an order, we will email you to confirm your order and let you know exactly when your beef will be ready.
Free delivery is available on orders of 20kgs or more, contact us for a delivery fee to your home for orders under 20kgs.
We will confirm the total price and weight of your beef package a few days before pick up or delivery.

Deliveries to the Toowoomba region are at the discretion of Yajambee Farms. While we aim to provide flexibility, smaller orders may not be eligible for FREE direct delivery. Purchases of 1/2 (The Carnivore) will qualify for free delivery, depending on logistics and current order volume within the Toowoomba region. For orders below this threshold, delivery arrangements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis – please get in touch with us for delivery costs and options.
