This is always a “guess” and you could end up taking home as little as 65% of the weight you order! Learn why we price the way we do.
You will not have to provide a deposit for our offal products. These will be invoiced with your remaining total post deposit.

Well, you’re not mucking around are you…… The Carnivore pack is for the serious beef connoisseurs, you know what you want and we are here to give you exactly that.
With The Carnivore orders, we offer a customised and personalised service where YOU can choose how the butcher processes each cut in your order (or we can do it for you).
Our beef is sold nose-to-tail, here is what you can expect in this pack:
- 1/2 of the whole animal which generally includes:
- 10 – 12 packs of t-bone
- 10 – 14 packs of rump
- 6 – 8 rib eye on the bones
- 3 – 4 eye fillet
- 10 – 12 packs of y-bone
- 6 or more silversides
- 3 or more each of the roasts (topside roast, blade roast, rolled rib roast)
- 2 – 4 briskets
- 8 – 10 packs each of diced beef and beef strips
- 8 – 10 packs of osso bucco
- 4 – 6 packs of ribs
- 8 – 12 packs of BBQ steak
- 10 – 14kgs each of mince and sausages
About My Order
Once you have placed an order, we will email you to confirm your order and let you know exactly when your beef will be ready.
Free delivery is available on orders of 20kgs or more, contact us for a delivery fee to your home for orders under 20kgs.
We will confirm the total price and weight of your beef package a few days before pick up or delivery.
*Toowoomba Orders Please Note:
Deliveries to the Toowoomba region are at the discretion of Yajambee Farms. While we aim to provide flexibility, smaller orders may not be eligible for FREE direct delivery. Purchases of 1/2 (The Carnivore) will qualify for free delivery, depending on logistics and current order volume within the Toowoomba region. For orders below this threshold, delivery arrangements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis – please get in touch with us for delivery costs and options.
